I was never a big fan of meatloaf until my late mother-in-law made this. It’s easy and kid approved.
1 lb Ground beef
12 Crackers (any kind)
1 Package of onion soup mix
Mix all ingredients (except catchup). Place in a loaf pan. Moosh (Yes, ‘moosh’ is a word . . . I just made it up) the meat together and dome the top – so it looks like a loaf of bread, run a knife along the inside sides of the pan. Squirt catchup over the top.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes (or until it’s no longer pink on the inside).
